What are your hours?
Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (EST) and Saturday - Sunday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (EST).
How do I buy a reading?

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Go to the Book a Session page and pay with PayPal.
Please note that Gift Certificates must be used within one year of purchase. There will be no refund when the Gift Certificate is not redeemed within this time period. If you are purchasing a Gift Certificate for someone else, please make sure they understand my policy.
What is your cancellation / no-show / lateness policy?
You must give 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment or you will be charged for the appointment. No shows will be charged the full appointment fee. If you are late to your appointment, that cuts into your time.
What can I do to get the best experience from a reading?
You should prepare a list of topics or questions in advance. If you've booked a phone reading have a recording device or notebook with you. Be sure you're in a quiet setting with no distractions. Most importantly come with an open mind.
What is the best way to ask Tarot a question?
To achieve the best results be as specific as possible. An effective way to ask a question would be to begin with "how can I" or "what do I need to know" or "what can I expect if take this path." If you need help, we can discuss the best way to frame your question.

Are there questions that can't be answered by Tarot?
Not all questions can be answered. Sometimes the cards can't answer a question because the information is not available and your specific issue or circumstance requires more time and patience. In that case I will let you know and try to provide you with any pertinent information surrounding the situation.
Are there questions you will not answer?
I will not answer questions relating to gambling, sports or stock picks. In addition I don't answer questions relating to criminal activity or dates of death.
How accurate are you?
I strive to be as accurate as possible but I am not 100% accurate. I am human and therefore prone to error. In my experience no reader has a 100% accuracy rate. I look for the best way to address your particular issue or situation, and I know that with an open mind, the right information and the willingness to take action most outcomes can be changed. Remember you are in the driver's seat and can change course at any time.
Would you ever refuse to work with a client?
I accept any and all clients who are open-minded, respectful and honest. However there are times when I won't work with a client.

- I won't work with a client who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or otherwise impaired.
- I won't work with you if you are disrespectful or rude. If you show up for a reading with a negative or hostile attitude because you don't believe in Tarot and try to denigrate me or my profession, I won't work with you.
- If a client asks the same question repeatedly during a reading because they're looking for a specific response, I may not work with them in the future.
- If I meet a client and feel we are not in sync with one another, I will try to refer them to another reader. Please know that if this happens it is no one's fault, and it's not personal. Some energies just don't mesh well together.
- If you display obsessive or manipulative tendencies, I won't work with you.
- I don't do readings for anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
- If you are a habitual no-show, I may not work with you in the future.
- As a matter of policy I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Please don't take it personally if I feel we cannot work together.
